1. How often do you receive new merchandise?

We receive donations daily, so merchandise changes frequently.

2. Do you pick-up donations?

Yes. Please call the ReStore to set up a donation pick-up at 706-378-5957. Pick-ups have two time slots: morning 10 to 1 pm or afternoon 2 to 5 pm.

3. Are prices negotiable?

No. We have taken into account the condition of the merchandise. Items are marked 50 to 90 % off retail prices. Therefore, we feel that we are offering a fair price. All the net proceeds from the ReStore support Habitat for Humanity-Coosa Valley in helping to transform our local communities. 

4. Do you have a  return policy?

Our policy is that all sales are final, except for tested appliances where you have 2 business days to return the tested appliance if it is not functioning properly.

5. Do you deliver purchases?

No we do not deliver. However we will hold your purchases for 5 business days, so that you can arrange transportation.

6. Is the ReStore open to the public?

Yes, the ReStore is open to anyone who is interested.
